Luxury meets the water at these residences. This community on a peninsula needed more brand awareness and relevance as Tampa Bay continues to boom. Refreshing their brand and putting it through the lens of their website, my team and I was able to elevate their look for potential buyers.

The sales brochure was awarded a silver Addy at the AAF Tampa Bay 2022 Addy awards.
